Cox & Kings is one of the most recognised travel names in India - but this platform had a narrower brief than brand recall: turn that recognition into actual enquiries from an audience who simply wasn't converting. For Indians over 30, building careers and raising families across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, the brand wasn't distrusted - it was just never the first name that came to mind when it was time to actually book. The task wasn't to make people feel warmer about Cox & Kings. It was to give them a reason to start that conversation.
The insight pointed straight at the gap costing those leads: people don't search for destinations first, they search for how they want to feel - and 64% say they're overwhelmed trying to match that feeling to an actual place. That's exactly where interest stalls before it ever becomes an enquiry. So Find Your Feeling was built less as a brand campaign and more as an acquisition funnel: instead of asking someone to browse an endless list of destinations, it asked one simple emotional question up front, and used the answer to hand back a matched itinerary from the Cox & Kings portfolio - collapsing the distance between "I want to feel something" and "enquire now" into a single tap.
The top of that funnel was built to interrupt, not advertise. Real-life emotional ambushes - poetic reminders placed in the exact moments someone might feel lost, restless, or overdue for a break - were designed to stop people mid-scroll or mid-commute, each carrying a specific, low-pressure call-to-action rather than a generic "book now." From there, the Find Your Feeling card interface did the actual conversion work: a short, low-friction flow - "I just want to feel refreshed," "connected to nature," "adventurous" - that turned a vague mood into a qualified trip enquiry in a couple of taps, sitting alongside the traditional browse-by-destination path rather than replacing it, so no existing booking behaviour was disrupted to capture the new one.
Find your feeling.
