Halloween is usually about haunted houses. We chose to celebrate the people lucky enough to already live in one.

For SW Residential, the season was reimagined through a simple truth: living in a beautiful home can be surprisingly scary. A pristine sofa meets an overenthusiastic dog. A designer bedroom becomes a child's canvas. A glass of red wine threatens a perfectly curated space.

The creative idea juxtaposed aspirational interiors with relatable imperfections, turning everyday mishaps into modern-day horror stories. In doing so, the campaign shifted attention from the fear of living in a home to the challenge of finding the right one.

Drawing inspiration from luxury interior editorials, the art direction used warm natural light, elegant compositions, and voyeuristic framing to create intimate glimpses into real life. The result was a series of cinematic visuals that felt both aspirational and deeply human.

Because torn cushions, scribbled walls, and spilled wine aren't the scary part.Finding a beautiful home in London is.
