In a category built around flawless skin, perfect routines, and polished beauty, Plenaire saw a more human truth: your skin is constantly telling you what it needs - we just don't always listen.

The campaign turned that truth into a simple platform: Your Skin Knows. Instead of treating skincare as a clinical conversation between a brand and its consumer, we imagined the skin as the brutally honest friend who isn't afraid to call you out. Everyday situations - too much air-conditioning, dehydrated skin, peeling, dryness and neglect - became familiar conversations between people, making skincare problems feel instantly recognisable, relatable and just a little uncomfortable.

This idea came to life through an art direction that amplified these everyday truths through photography. Familiar skin conditions were exaggerated, enlarged and brought into extreme visual focus, transforming something people normally overlook into something impossible to ignore. The photography was paired with the visual language of messaging platforms, turning these exaggerated situations into conversations between friends. The result was a world that felt less like traditional skincare advertising and more like a friend telling you some uncomfortable truths. Against the rawness of the imagery, Plenaire's minimal product aesthetic and typography brought clarity and restraint - reinforcing a simple idea: when you pay attention, your skin has been telling you what it needs all along.

Your skin knows.
It always has.
